We intend to reveal, enable, and train internal resources to deal with future conflict resolution. Among the tools applied is the \u201cinside\/outside\u201d method of conflict resolution, developed by Daniela Musiol and Andreas Jindra. After completing the courses, external interventions are hardly ever necessary.
