- Multi-perspective participation training courses, e.g. for project applicants, entrepreneurs, members of the public administration, NGO representatives or concerned citizens.
Our support aims for sustainability and empowerment. We intend to reveal, enable, and train internal resources to deal with future conflict resolution. Among the tools applied is the “inside/outside” method of conflict resolution, developed by Daniela Musiol and Andreas Jindra. After completing the courses, external interventions are hardly ever necessary. Conflicts can be resolved internally.
